Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve tasks without being requested. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques. Perform additional duties as assigned while fostering a customer-first environment.
