Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in inventory maintenance to build business through quality service. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
