Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and execute additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, effectively train learners, and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through great customer service.
