Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through quality customer experiences. Handle customer service issues and interact with clients to ensure positive outcomes. Additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars. Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products preferred.
