Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned inventory as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while following through on work activities to capitalize on sales opportunities and resolve issues without being asked. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively for retention.
