Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and perform additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
