Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through quality customer experiences. Interact with customers to ensure positive outcomes while handling service issues. Maintain store operations and execute additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
