Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while delivering an excellent experience. Assist in building business through quality work and sales techniques. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. You will interact with customers, identify opportunities to resolve issues, and potentially train learners. Additional duties as assigned.
