Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve issues independently. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, and sales through GC certification and training. Provide training to learners on techniques and product information.
