Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues. Assist in building business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
