Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while building business through quality service. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and identify opportunities to resolve issues proactively. Additional duties as assigned include training learners and communicating techniques.
