Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly, applying customer service principles to build relationships. Complete additional duties as assigned, including following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities or resolve issues without being requested. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques and store operations.
