Guitar Technician (Luthier) Store 311

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on craftsmanship. Build business through quality work and excellent customer service. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
