Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues and handling inquiries with genuine knowledge. Assist in inventory maintenance and execute additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
