Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and assist in training learners on techniques and store operations.
