Repair and service customer-owned guitars and store-owned gear with a high level of craftsmanship; perform warranty repair work; provide excellent customer experience through knowledge, initiative, and customer-focused service; participate in Guitar Center certification program to gain product understanding and sales techniques; train learners and communicate repair techniques; maintain and service store gear as requested; engage with customers to understand needs and build trust; contribute to store operations and sales through quality workmanship and customer care.
