Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Build business through quality work and assist in inventory maintenance. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
