Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while capitalizing on opportunities to increase business through great customer service and quality work. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, then train learners on techniques and information. Handle customer service issues as needed and take initiative to resolve issues without being requested.
