Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly, applying customer service principles to resolve inquiries and capitalize on sales opportunities. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and take initiative to resolve operational issues without direction.
