Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Develop product knowledge and sales techniques through the GC certification program, then train learners on techniques and product information. Perform these duties with a high level of craftsmanship, focusing on guitar repair and customer service excellence.
