Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty repairs, while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Provide high-level craftsmanship during service interactions and ensure a positive customer experience by addressing service issues and handling inquiries. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable customers to experience the joy of creating music.
