Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent support. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. Complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
