Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work as assigned and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed while identifying opportunities to increase business through quality work. Gain foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products and develop skills in sales and store operations.
