Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Assist in building business through quality work and great customer interactions. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred.
