Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers to build trust and capitalize on opportunities for business growth. Additional duties as assigned may include following through on work activities without being requested.
