Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory with a high level of craftsmanship. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and continue building business through quality work. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
