Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory. Execute warranty repairs and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
