Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory with a high level of craftsmanship. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintenance of specific store gear as requested and develop skills in product knowledge, sales, and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music through inclusive environments.
