Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and great customer service.
