Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as assigned. Develop product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program while training learners on techniques.
