Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to help increase business through quality work and great customer service. Handle customer service issues as they arise and take initiative to identify opportunities or issues. Complete additional duties as assigned while building knowledge of products, store operations, sales, and leadership.
