Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Maintain specific store inventory and execute additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
