Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits including gig leave for musicians.
