Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent support. Additional duties as assigned. This role is part of Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
