Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with approachability and genuine knowledge. Identify opportunities to capitalize on or resolve issues through initiative, and follow through on work activities without being requested. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program. Train learners effectively to ensure retention of product and store operations information.
