Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues as needed. Gain foundational product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
