Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and service store-owned gear. Complete warranty repair work and maintain specific store inventory as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in building business through quality craftsmanship and customer engagement. Gain product and sales knowledge through GC certification.
