Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them independently. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
