Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and resolving opportunities independently. Perform additional duties as assigned while building business through quality work. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
