Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty repairs, while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Identify opportunities and issues to capitalize on business growth through great customer service and quality work. Complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
