Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits including gig leave for musicians.
