Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
