Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and resolving opportunities proactively. Work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, while developing skills in store operations and leadership. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively for retention. Perform these duties while building business through great customer service and quality work.
