Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues while building business through quality work. Gain foundational product knowledge and follow through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities.
