Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Ensure a positive customer experience by interacting with clients and handling service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required.
