Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
