Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and training efforts. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music.
