Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive interactions. Interact with customers throughout the process while identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge. Complete additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
