Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve issues. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. Additional duties as assigned.
