Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as assigned. Develop product knowledge and sales techniques through the GC certification program. Train learners on repair techniques and store operations.
